Ultraviolent Underground Championship Update

Last Saturday at the FREEDOMS event in Japan, the CZW Ultraviolent Underground Championship was defended by "THE CRAZY MONKEY" JUN KASAI against GENTARO in a "Pool of Blood Deathmatch". Both men bled buckets and one ultimately emerged victorious from the pool of carnage left in the ring. Kasai successfully defended the championship against his opponent.

For the past few weeks, we've been mentioning here on CZWrestling.com that the outcome of this match has HUGE implications for "Best of the Best X". As a result of Kasai retaining the championship, CZW Management has made it official. On Saturday April 9th at the Asylum Arena in Philadelphia, Jun Kasai will defend the Ultraviolent Underground Championship against DANNY HAVOC. This is considered by many to be a dream match between two of the fiercest competitors in deathmatch wrestling. Havoc, hands down, is Kasai's toughest challenge to date since winning the title. The winner of "Tournament of Death VII" and the man who holds the record for the longest reign with the UVU Title (1 year 14 days), Havoc is looking to once again prove that he is the resident king of deathmatches in the Combat Zone.

Rivers of crimson will flow in Philadelphia as two warriors wage war for what is considered to be the top prize in deathmatch wrestling next Saturday night.
