CZWrestling.com has learned that Philly’s Most Wanted will defend the Tag Team Championships against the #1 Contenders, Azrieal and Bandido Jr at Night of Infamy on Saturday November 12th. This will be the third and possibly the final encounter between these two teams that began their war at International Incident this past April.
In April this turf war between these two teams began when CZW invaded
Union City, NJ. At the time, Philly’s Most Wanted was in a heated
battle with the then Tag Team Champions, The Briscoe Brothers. Many
thought that Azrieal and Bandido Jr. would come out with the victory due
to Philly’s Most Wanted being focused on the Briscoes. However,
Philly’s Most Wanted and their underhand tactics got the victory.
Clearly this battle became an all out war, as the two teams battled into
the locker room after the final bell.
Azrieal and Bandido Jr.
got their rematch at Prelude to Violence in June with Philly’s Most
Wanted, and this time it was for the Championships. Once again, many in
the Combat Zone were pulling for Azrieal and Bandido Jr. to finally
silence Joker and BLK Jeez… But once again, Azrieal and Bandido Jr.
fell short of the victory thanks to the chaos started by Robert Anthony.
At the end of the match, Devon Moore did try to remove Anthony from
distracting the referee, but the damage had already been done.
Since
that time, Azrieal and Bandido Jr. have been on a roll having won the
right to challenge Philly’s Most Wanted in a 4 Way Tag Team Contest at
Tangled Web 4 back in August. Check out the video footage released by CZWrestling.com by clicking here. It seems as once again the Cambodian
Axe Murderer and Killadel’s Finest are looking past the Jersey boys
again as they continue to call out Eddie Kingston and Homicide. Will
this allow for the third time to be a charm? Or will Philly’s Most
Wanted remain as the top Tag Team in the sport? Find out on Saturday
November 12th at a special start time of 8:30 PM.
