It was announced last night as part of the CZW Newsletter that CZW Officials are looking for a Number One Contender for the World Junior Heavyweight Championship. Therefore, CZW Officials have announced a Six Man Single Elimination Tournament that will span both the November 5th Déjà Vu event in Indianapolis and the November 12th Night of Infamy event in Philadelphia. CZW has chosen Ryan McBride, Jonathan Gresham, AR Fox, Dustin Rayz, Drew Gulak, and the debuting Uhaa Nation to compete in this tournament.[more]
CZWrestling.com has just learned that Jonathan Gresham was injured during the final leg of his European Tour sponsored by CZW. Due to the injury, Gresham has been forced to withdrawn from his contest with AR Fox. In the wake of this news, Devon Moore has decided to grant AR Fox a World Championship Match TOMORROW NIGHT at Cerebral. Moore, like many in the Combat Zone, sees the unlimited talent that AR Fox brings to the table and also sees the lack of respect Fox has received in the past. Moore feels that it will be a true challenge for his World Championship and an honor to compete against “The People’s Choice” and give the fans of the Combat Zone a five star contest.
