The team of Adam Cole and Tyler Veritas is the youngest team in the field of eight of this tournament. What they lack in terms of experience and age, they make up for in determination and sheer ability beyond their years in the sport.
Adam Cole and Tyler Veritas have years of history behind them, not just in the sport of professional wrestling, but also as childhood friends. They grew up together, then trained together at the CZW Wrestling Academy, and broke into the business together, ultimately forming a tag team with one another. Although they have gone down separate paths as singles wrestlers as late, they are still very much a cohesive unit due to their strong friendship.
They are also experienced in tournament success, as it was Tyler Veritas and Adam Cole making it to the finals of the CZW Wired Title Tournament at Cage of Death 11 last year. Tyler wound up winning the match and the title in a hard fought contest. Not to be outdone, however, Adam Cole won some gold of his own, becoming the CZW World Junior Heavyweight Champion at "Fist Fight" after defeating Sabian and Ruckus. Now their focus is firmly set upon the CZW World Tag Team Titles.
Both Cole and Veritas know what it's like to have a championship around their waist, which is rather remarkable given their experience level. They are definitely ready and willing to add another championship to their respective lists of accomplishments. Adam Cole and Tyler Veritas are not to be taken lightly and can go a long way in this tournament.
