CZW News and Notes - Official "Southern Violence" Results and more!

At last night's 'Southern Violence' event in North Carolina, CZW delivered on it's promise to provide a massive helping of Ultraviolence, with an unbelievable night of action at the Robeson County Fairgrounds. Among the highlights was a mind-blowing main event that saw NICK GAGE defeat JON MOXLEY and DRAKE YOUNGER in an impromptu Ultraviolent Three Way Dance to become the NEW CZW World Heavyweight Champion! Let's take a look back at the quick results from Saturday night's "Southern Violence!"...

8/8/2010 - Robeson County Fairgrounds

1. DREW GULAK defeats Rich Swann to retain the CZW WIRED Championship
2. A.R. FOX defeated Facade
3. TEAM MACKTION defeated DJ Hyde and Greg Excellent to qualify for the CZW World Tag Team Title Tournament
4. TYLER VERITAS defeated "The Blk Jeez" Sabian by DQ after Sabian assaulted Senior Official Nick Pappagiorgio
5. SAMI CALLIHAN and JOE GACY defeated Danny Havoc and Scotty Vortekz to qualify for the CZW World Tag Team Title Tournament.
6. ADAM COLE defeated Ryan Slater to retain the CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Championship
7. NICK GAGE defeated Jon Moxley and Drake Younger in an Ultraviolent 3-Way Dance to become the New CZW World Heavyweight Champion.

- Also among the highlights were two new qualifiers for the CZW World Tag Team Title Tournament. The first to qualify was Rush Wrestling Enterprise's TEAM MACKTION with their victory over DJ Hyde and Greg Excellent in the first of two qualifying matches. In the second, the SwitchBlade Conspiracy of Sami Callihan and Joe Gacy qualified with a brutal beating of Scotty Vortekz and Danny Havoc in a very intense matchup. The two teams will move on to compete in the Tournament, which begins at next Saturday's ''TANGLED WEB 3'' in South Philly at the Arena!
