Looking at my CZW career as a whole lately, there have been two defining moments of my career in the Combat Zone. And both of them involve the man that I'm squaring off with (more like going to battle with) this Saturday in Ohio. That man is you, Sami.
At Best of the Best X, I was out to prove that I was what I said I was, and that's the best up and coming professional wrestler on the planet. And I did that. Even though I was already CZW World Junior Heavyweight Champion, I still had a lot to prove to myself. And in order to do that I had to win Best of the Best X, and I did that. I did so by defeating Sami Callihan in the finals, and my legacy in the Combat Zone was officially created.
Then months later, after being able to say I was the longest reigning Junior Champion in the company's history, Sami Callihan took that championship from me, and I began what some have called a losing streak in CZW. I haven't been able to bounce back and reclaim the gold that made me famous in CZW, and it's because of my opponent this Saturday.
I'll make this very clear, and very short and sweet. My two biggest history making moments in CZW involved Callihan, and Saturday in Ohio, there will be another one made. Because Saturday I'm going to bounce back. I'm going to beat Sami, and then go on to challenge for the title that has become a part of me. Sami, I know your ready for a war, because so am I. As far as I'm concerned, we're 1 for 1. This is THE match that determines who's better. And with all due respect Sami, that guy's gonna be me. The Panama City Playboy is gonna get his swagger back, you're just in the way.
