Since its inception in 1997, the ECWA Super 8 has become one of the most
prestigious tournaments in all of professional wrestling. Boasting
winners like Christopher Daniels, Low Ki, Paul London, Petey Williams, Davey Richards, and Jerry Lynn,
men have traveled from all over in hopes of taking home the trophy.
This year marks the 15th year the tournament will be running and three
of the Combat Zone's brightest stars are looking to emerge victorious.

The CZW family wants to take time to send its deepest condolences to the
family, friends, and fans of CZW Alumni, Alex Whybrow. In the wresting
world, he was best known as "SWEET N SOUR" LARRY SWEENEY and loved worldwide. Alex competed for CZW from
late 2005 to 2006. Alex has friends here in the Combat Zone and he will be deeply missed by everyone who saw him perform.
Rest in peace Alex. Your charm and talent will make Heaven a sweeter place to be.
