With baseball's post season underway, CZW Management has decided it's the Combat Zone's turn to step up to the plate. Tomorrow night in Philadelphia marks the return of the Swinging for the Fences Deathmatch. For those unfamiliar with the rules, a variety of weapons will be in the ring that the competitors can swing at each other. As for the participants, there are two men on CZW's roster who plan on knocking not only one out of the park, but their opponent out. "THE BULLDOZER" MATT TREMONT takes on the returning "ULTRAVIOLENT TERMINATOR" BRAIN DAMAGE.
CZWrestling.com has just learned that Jonathan Gresham was injured during the final leg of his European Tour sponsored by CZW. Due to the injury, Gresham has been forced to withdrawn from his contest with AR Fox. In the wake of this news, Devon Moore has decided to grant AR Fox a World Championship Match TOMORROW NIGHT at Cerebral. Moore, like many in the Combat Zone, sees the unlimited talent that AR Fox brings to the table and also sees the lack of respect Fox has received in the past. Moore feels that it will be a true challenge for his World Championship and an honor to compete against “The People’s Choice” and give the fans of the Combat Zone a five star contest.
The Combat Zone has returned home to South Philadelphia and is geared up for Friday Night’s Cerebral event. However, that wasn’t before CZW brought a taste of the ultraviolence to Germany. In fact… Combat Zone gave Europe their first ever up-close look at the Cage of Death, when Big Japan’s Ryuji Ito took on CZW’s Danny Havoc and MASADA!
