CZW returned to South Philly on Saturday night and as expected, tore the house down, leaving a path of carnage and destruction in it's wake. Among the casualties of Tangled Web 3 were the short lived title reign of Nick Gage, as Jon Moxley pinned Ego Fantastico to become new CZW Champion, and also perhaps the career of CZW Owner DJ Hyde, who suffered a number of injuries after a dramatic fall off a ladder in the Tangled Web Deathmatch. We are now less than 48 hours away from CZW’s huge return to South Philly for ‘TANGLED WEB 3!”, and late this afternoon, CZWrestling.com has learned of 3 new matches that have been signed to round out the lineup for this Saturday’s event! The first of the three new matchups comes in the fallout from this past Saturday’s “Southern Violence” event in North Carolina that saw NICK GAGE defeat Jon Moxley to become the new CZW World Heavyweight Champion. Prior to the NC event, Moxley had been signed to defend his gold (if still champion) on August 14th against Ego Fantastico in South Philly.[more]
