CZW's Awakening - Jan 14 @ 7:30PM - Flyers Skate Zone

Last night, CZW presented Awakening from the Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees, NJ.

At Cage of Death 18Joe Gacy realized his dream when he became the CZW World Champion when he defeated Jonathan Gresham.  Meanwhile, Rickey Shane Page capped off a dream realizing year when he defeated Danny Havoc.  Following RSP’s match, he proclaimed his new goal is to capture the top prize in CZW by the end of 2017.  Officials liked that idea and scheduled the championship match for Awakening!

Dave Crist may be eating his statement from a year ago when he faced former friend Sami Callihan.  Meanwhile, the rest of Scarlet & Graves defended their newly won CZW Tag Team Championships against the Dub Boys.

The Awakening was also be a night of of returns as David StarrMaxwell Jacob Feinstein, and The Artist Formerly Known As Jake Crist were all in attendance.

But all the focus was on Matt Tremont.  Last month he left the entire Combat Zone in a state of shock when he drove the CZW Wired Champion Joey Janela through a pane of glass.  Since long before Tremont ever laced his boots, he admittingly bled black and yellow.  But at Cage of Death 18, those colors seemingly dried out.  Last night, Matt Tremont spoke out for the first time since turning his back on everyone.

All this and so much more went down at the Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees, NJ.  Watch Awakening now at CZWStudios.com  or continue reading for the quick results…
