The Necro Butcher defeated Nick Gage and DJ Hyde to become the number one contender for the Ultraviolent Underground Championship. After the match, Nick Gage attacked referee Derek Sabato, which led to Lobo coming in to make the save. After they fought, Zandig came out to break them up, only to get clotheslined by Lobo. All three men fought one another until Gage was ran off. Lobo and Zandig then argued on the microphone about the direction of CZW. Lobo challenged Zandig for a match next month at Cage of Death. Zandig then said he would fuck up both Lobo and Nick Gage next month in the Cage of Death if they had the balls to show up. They then brawled to the back.
The BLK OUT of Sabian & Robbie Mireno defeated The King's of Wrestling (Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli) after Eddie Kingston took out Chris Hero and gave Claudio a back drop driver.

Eddie Kingston defeated Justice Pain to retain the CZW World Heavyweight Championship after Chris Hero intefered and accidentally hit Pain. Kingston finished Pain off with a roaring clothesline. After the match, Kingston challenged Hero to a match at Cage of Death. Justice Pain then said that he was worthy of a title shot as well. Maven Bentley then announced a three way match at Cage of Death, for the title.
