- Team AnDrew def. The New Jersey All-Stars after a simultaneous fuji-wara arm bar and Nazi Stretch.
- Mana def. DJ Hyde after a samoan drop.
- In a crazy falls count anywhere match, Cloudy def. Cheech following a Yoshi-Tonic off a ladder, through a table on the outside!
- The Black Out of Onyx and Rainman def. The BLK OUT of Sabian and Robbie Mireno to win the CZW Tag Team Championships!
- Hallowicked def. SeXXXy Eddy after an assist from Derek Frazier to earn a number 1 contendership spot for the CZW Jr. Heavyweight Championship. After the match, Derek Frazier confronted current champion Jigsaw, demanding a title shot for himself.
- Ruckus def. Human Tornado (finally getting a win at Cage of Death) after a rolling fisherman's suplex.
- Pandora's Box of The Messiah, Adam Flash and B-Boy def. the team of LuFisto, Danny Havoc and Luke after all three men destroyed Danny Havoc.
- Drake Younger def. Necro Butcher to retain the Ultraviolent Underground championship in a Four Corners of Pain match after a top rope Drake's Landing (Kudo Driver) onto an open chair!
- In a three way dance, Justice Pain def. Chris Hero and Eddie Kingston to capture the CZW World Heavyweight Championship! Eddie Kingston was eliminated first, suffering a severely broken ankle. Following the match, Chris Hero congratulated Justice Pain on his title win, and then let Eddie Kingston know that their feud was far from over!
- After the Cage of Death structure was set up, LuFisto made her way to the ring, and declared that she wanted to be put in the match to get Nick Gage! Zandig complied, and the match was made into a four way! Fans brought the weapons to Philly, and all 4 people were covered in blood when it was all set and done. Lobo gave an unbelievable Death Valley Driver to Zandig off the top of the cage, through a HUGE barbed wire net, and then crashed through the wooden surface on the outside of the ring! After minutes of anticipation, Zandig emerged from the wreckage, only to be met by a Chokebreaker by Nick Gage, who pinned him for the three! Zandig lost, therefore he must retire! Following the match, Zandig gave a speech, thanking the fans - CZ F'N W!
